The atelier
A small studio that would rather plan fifty trips well.
We're planners, not resellers. Every hotel is inspected, every guide interviewed, every price shown in full.

Why travellers stay with us
Six commitments we'd rather be judged on than a five-star average
Anyone can promise the best price. These are the operational things that actually change how a trip feels when something goes wrong at 11pm in an unfamiliar country.
Every hotel is inspected by a person, not a portal
Our team stayed in all 214 properties we sell. If a resort changes management, we re-inspect before we resell it.
One planner from enquiry to homecoming
The person who designs your itinerary answers the phone at 3am in a foreign timezone. No ticket queues, no handovers.
Line-item pricing, no bundled markups
You see hotel, transport, guide, permit and our fee separately. Swap any line out and the price moves accordingly.
Group ceilings we actually enforce
Sixteen travellers maximum on trekking departures, twelve above 4,000 metres. We close sold departures instead of adding a coach.
Access we've earned, not bought
Private after-hours temple entry, closed-door family dinners and permits that take months — relationships built over nine years.
A published disruption protocol
Flight cancelled, road closed, weather turned: we rebook first and invoice later. 94% of disruptions were resolved within four hours last year.

How planning works
Four steps, roughly nine days from first message to confirmed trip
No call centres, no pushy follow-ups. Most travellers go from enquiry to a signed itinerary in under a fortnight.
Tell us the feeling
Describe the trip in plain language — “somewhere green, nine days, no early flights”. Our planner reads it and comes back within four working hours.
We draft, you redraw
You get a day-by-day plan with named hotels, real drive times and a transparent price breakdown. Unlimited revisions until it's yours.
Confirm with 25%
A quarter secures every booking. The balance is due 21 days before departure, and you can move dates once, free of charge.
Travel, fully covered
Documents in one app, a named on-ground contact per city, and the same planner on WhatsApp for every hour you're away.
In their words
Six reviews we didn't edit, including the four-star one
Collected after return, verified against a booking reference. We publish the critical ones too — they're usually the most useful.
"We had 40 minutes alone in the Arashiyama grove because our guide knew which gate opens first. That single detail told me everything about how this trip was put together."
"Our seaplane was delayed by weather and someone from Wandro had already rebooked the sandbank dinner and messaged the resort before we'd even landed. We never had to ask."
"I was nervous about altitude. The acclimatisation days weren't padding — the guide carried oxygen, checked SpO2 every evening and turned one group back at Khardung La. That's real duty of care."
"Ten days, four hotels, zero logistics on my plate. Luggage was in the room before us every single time. My only note: I'd have liked one more free day in Lucerne."
"The houseboat chef cooked karimeen he bought off a passing canoe that morning. My parents, who are impossible to impress, have talked about that meal for three months."
"The dinner with the family in Jodhpur wasn't a staged experience — it was someone's actual home, actual stories. That's not something you can book on a website."
