Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wandro. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

  • A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure), 100% payment is required upfront.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Cards.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ Days before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • 15-30 Days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • 7-15 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • Less than 7 Days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refund will be issued.

3. Modifications and Alterations

Wandro reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or road blockages. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes must be borne by the traveler.

4. Liability

Wandro acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transporters. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, accidents, or loss of baggage during the trip. Travelers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
